Luciana Leon is a Peruvian politician and lawyer born in Lima. She is a member of the Peruvian Aprista Party, and Congressman of the Republic of Peru for Lima in three periods (2006-2011, 2011-2016 and 2016-2021). She was born Luciana Milagros León Romero on June 30, 1978 in Lima, Peru. She is the daughter of well known politician Rómulo León Alegría and his wife Cecilia Romero. She studied at the Villa María College in the city of Lima and then entered the University of Lima where she graduated as a lawyer. He later obtained a Master’s Degree in Governance and Public Policy at the Government Institute of the Universidad San Martín de Porres (July 2005).
