Anahí is a Mexican actress and singer. She started her career as a child actress appearing in several television series and movies. She rose to fame as a member of the Latin Grammy-nominated pop group RBD, and being cast as Mia Colucci in the hit Mexican telenovela Rebelde. In 2009 she released her first official solo album, Mi Delirio, and has sold around three million albums. Born Anahi Giovanna Puente Portilla on May 14, 1983, in Mexico City, Mexico, she is the daughter of Marichelo Portilla and Enrique Puente. She has been married to Governor of Chiapas, Manuel Velasco Coello since 2015. They have a son together.
