Jeff Cavaliere is an American bodybuilder, physical therapist, personal trainer and social media personality who served as the Head Physical Therapist and Assistant Strength Coach for the professional baseball team, the New York Mets. He is the founder of Athlean-X, which supplies workout plans, meal plans, exercises, supplements, etc to patrons. In 2004 he became a contributing writer to Men’s Fitness. In 2008, he was voted Top 50 Trainer In The USA by Men’s Fitness Magazine and was finalist for the PFP Top Fitness Professional of the Year 2010.
