Marcel Sabitzer is an Austrian professional footballer who plays for Bundesliga club RB Leipzig and the Austria national team as a midfielder. He played for Admira Wacker Mödling between September 2010 and January 2013, and then at Rapid Wien between January 2013 and June 2014. In May 2014, Sabitzer signed a four-year contract with RB Leipzig. Sabitzer made his debut for Austria on 5 June 2012, in a goalless draw against Romania, and represented the national team at UEFA Euro 2016.
